Adaptive Triggers and Haptic feedback differences between PC and PS5?
Anyone played both versions to compare the differences? The Adaptive triggers I can feel a little bit of, but it seems like it's just a click to fully hold it down, no resistance.

as for the feedback, it just feels like a normal rumble, would be nice if someone can tell me if it's supposed to be different. I'm not getting any rumble on footsteps, or walking on puddles, catwalks, etc..

EDIT: I also pre-loaded the game in-case it is causing issues.

The adaptive triggers are only on when web swinging. It basically makes the trigger feel like 2 stops. You push it down and you'll feel resistance half way. You start web swinging. You can then push the triggers fully down if you want but it does nothing else.

Is your Dualsense wired?

For me, I don't feel it much with swinging unless I let go of the trigger and then start pushing it down, because then I get some resistance. It is more noticable while wall running.

Yes, initially none of it was working, but I tweaked the steam/controller settings and it works now, but I just want to know if my expectations are different than what they actually are. Since I never got the chance to try them on the PS5 nor did a games shop have one available to test Astro's playroom to actually understand how the tech works.

I don’t feel anything at all.

Interesting.. I'm not getting any sort of resistance at all, just the final click to fully hold it down as I mentioned, even tested running on the side of the walls, and up them.

Dual Sense wired and don't really notice anything at all beyond some basic rumble. Triggers feels the same as when not playing a game. Majorly let down right now and can't figure out what is going on here.

Firmware is all updated on the controller too.

I disabled the Playstation configuration in the controller settings and I definitely feel some now, but it’s still not all that impressive.

Same, everything on my PC is up to date. Hopefully a dev can give a proper answer or we get an update that could fix this issue, or could just not be an issue and our expectations are little high. :D

They are working for me. I didn't change any settings. I just plugged my PS5 controller in and it works. Triggers are adaptive and everything.

I've played the PS5 version and it feels identical.

Disable PS configuration in the controller settings and disable steam input of the game in your library. You'll definitely feel something on the triggers but at least for me, it doesn't feel like resistance, just a clicking sensation.

Be sure to have the controller wired and also disabled steam input
the triggers are pretty cool i can definitely feel the difference

Weird, nothing worked for me until tweaking the settings like I mentioned, how about the Haptic Feedback? Is it supposed to be just the basic rumbling? Does perhaps Miles Morales' game have the proper stuff or is it all the same?

It feels the same as the PS5 version to me, I'm not sure if there is supposed to be added vibration quality for the PC version.

Also be sure to update the dualsense controller firmware
Sony made an app that updates the controller firmware wich might fix your problem
