Games great, K&M controls are not.
Really breaks up the flow trying to play and just having so many keys to keep track of, I don't have a solution because it's clear that those keys are needed but it just feels super clunky.

Like using T when swinging to perform tricks and also needing to use WASD while holding T not the most intuitive. I keep pressing right mouse to dodge out of habit from other games but it's L-Ctrl.

When swinging it's L-Shift to swing, C to Zip and Space to boost.

Anyone come up with any custom mapping that is easier for them?

Yeah, buying a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controller
The game was literally built for a console.

I dislike controllers and besides plenty of other games manage to make K&M work.

I tried K+M as well since i loved the Arkham games with that setup, but there are just too many buttons in this game to use it comfortably. I'm gonna have to stick to controller.

Just remap controls with something you are comfortable with, personally its the first thing i do in any game i never keep the default keybindings.
Remap the most used buttons to something that is easy to access, personally i always bind important stuff to Q, E, F, X, C plus mouse buttons, really you have a lot less limitations than controller because you have so many more buttons you can use.
Also having a mouse with multiple buttons changes your life forever, in case you dont do that already.

These kinds of games always play best with a controller. Embrace it.

There's a difference though as not all games are the same. I used to prefer the same but there are simply some games less conducive to KBM especially when they were never meant to be played with them like this one.

When I used to do that I would sometimes remap keys to be more in the middle of the keyboard where keys are more dense so that you can reach more keys with less work, but it takes you needing to practice and fine tune your layout for optimal use. There's obviously no magic fix and it takes you building muscle memory to make up for the ease of use you're not getting in what controllers are made for.

because controllers have more buttons than a keyboard?

The haptics of the DualSense is a big part of the immersion. Suck it up and get a DualSense and long USB cable and enjoy!

Because the controller is designed so that all buttons are comfortably at the fingertips at all times without having to reach or search.

This. I use this mouse. Game works fine for me. Works nicely on Dualsense, but I prefer m/kb.
