Cutscene slowdown & Audio Stuttering

Drivers are up to date
I thought it was my headset at first, but after swapping audio sources I was still getting major stuttering sound. The game also fully goes into slow motion in cutscenes. It isn't a frames issue, the cutscene itself slows to a crawl or stops totally. The background elements (fire, reflections, etc) all still move, the rest does not. I really hope this stuff gets fixed because what was working looked incredible.

Cutscene was like one frame per 3 seconds for me, and I didn't hear any sound at all at the main menu.
