Report a translation problem
Tried validating but that did nothing. Gonna try a clean driver install to see if that helps.

I also agree, my card has a rock solid OC, still crashes even when I roll it back. Tried fresh drivers, lowering settings, nothings working. Fairly certain it's a bad driver so trying a roll back next.
Not all apps are equal, so this will happen on extreme end of barely stable clocks.
Silicon degrades the more voltage you put into it, so it will not hold that OC forever. (fyi i'm not rulling out unstable driver from Nvidia/AMD, or the game, but still, you have options, so you should investigate :3)
This seems to have done the trick for me.
Just disable Ray tracing until you beat Fisk, once you get to swing around the city you can turn it back on. Been playing for two hours now without a crash.
