so mods don't work anymore?

Legit reinstalled the game, reinstalled the mods and even updated everything and all I get is a "Launcher_Play" in the launcher and then the game just black screens, what's going on?

If you're using Overstrike you need to delete the toc file within the game files and validate it again, or at worst wipe all your saves, disable cloud, beat Kingpin and enable cloud again. The last one is what did it for me.
