Wheres the mod that removes pride flags?

I remember the controversy of nexus mods censoring and banning a user for making a mod that replaced the annoying pride flags in the game with USA flags. Anyone know where I can find a mod that removes the pride flags and replaces them with literally anything else?

They are only in one place. Where there are flags in the REAL NYC. There's no way anyone would notice them unless they were looking.
