This error is more likely to be related to system memory, not video.
Only thing else running was Steam itself, No monitoring programs, OSD, Nothing.
Probably just a bug.
ITs not necessarily for something running. Windows 11 if you are using it, particularly has a bad habbit of not "unloading" out of the memory once you stop using a program or playing a game. MEaning you could have played a game before you launched spider man, and if you close the game you can still see a ton of memory being utilized.
I would suspect a simple restart of your PC would fix that for you and no longer show up.
Personally I made it a habbit of cleaning cleaning my memory before I play any game.

Interesting thanks for the info.
I had a look and for whatever reason my page file was set to 2GB on a separate drive, Changed it to my main 4TB NVME drive and let Windows decide the amount it wants to use, No more issues :)
I would run sfc /scannow from an administrator command prompt just to make sure no Windows components are corrupted. I actually did this a couple days ago for a different issue, and my one crash to desktop was before this. It did find some corrupt files. I don't know if that actually fixed anything in my case or if they crashes are just really rare.
I usually don't receive any errors when it dumps me out to desktop however I had a recent one and it did give me an error. Not sure it was this exact one as I can't recall but I do remember it stating to try updating graphic drivers or lowering settings. That one allowed me to submit the log to Sony. I've never seen that one again or ever prior.
I tried your recommendation to validate the game file integrity and now the sfc command. It did indicate it found some corrupt files and replaced them so I'll see how things go. Thanks.
