I've got a 3080 and an SSD too so I can't imagine that it's a hardware issue

Hey. Im sorrry, what do you mean rollback on steam and can you ell me how you did it pls?
Normally steam doesn't support it but game devs put a rollback branch for both Spider-Man and Miles Morales.
Open steam library - right click to game's icon in either left side or in library - select properties - select betas - and choose previous_version in the spinner panel. Then game will have 31 mbs of update and it'll be fixed
