You have PS5 version and still buy PC version?
I think the graphics upgrade just little than original PS5 version. What you think in PC version?

Yes, graphics will be better assuming that your PC is capable of it!

I bought and played it in 2018 at launch on PS4 PRO, I'll personally be waiting for a sale to purchase again or a key seller if decently priced. The game changing feature for me will be playing in at 5120x1440 120fps.

The PC version will look better if you have the same or better hardware than the PS5. But for many in the gaming community, it will probably be on par with the standard PS4. There's actually only a fraction of people on Steam that has rigs capable of pushing newer titles. I can't recall where you can see all this, or at least those that reported it. But sadly the majority of PC gamers don't have a Nasa computer.

As for me, I've played it on the PS4 Pro, so I'm stoked to see if it looks any better, and most importantly, feels equally or more fun. Luckily it's easy to compare the PS4 Pro version on the second screen to what I'm playing.

In the other thread there was a guy complaining that they invest time to implement new features that only a tiny fraction of players can use. I looked it up (Steam Hardware Survey) and was surprised to see that roughly 25% of all gamers on Steam already have raytracing capable hardware.

Have a look at the most common cards on Steam. I marked all cards with raytracing capabilities:

These cards represent 61.7% of the total (I skipped everything below 1%). The marked ones add up to 23.34%.

And of course all those also support DLSS for a performance boost. So even the weaker ones like the 2060 will probably have decent performance.

I mean I have preached a few of those as well I think. But I can't even use the Nvidia stuff. I'm mostly concerned with unlocked FPS. As for time frame, it did most likely take a few months to port it. But that's not the topic here.

I was talking about people who are even capable of maxing games. Which aren't a lot. So for many, they wont be able to match the PS5.. But it should still look very good nonetheless. I'm pretty certain I will be able to max the game on 1080p.

I played the 30fps PS4 version on my PS5 because it's all that was available on PS+.

After an uncomfortable first 10 minutes when the framerate really bothered me, I forgot all about it and had an absolute blast all the way to the platinum. :tgrin:

What great about the pc versions of games is that you don't need a console for them

I don't have a PS5. Hey, can you lend me the £500 for one? I promise you will never see the money again...

Never assume people can just "go and get the older game". Or do I need to point out that until about a few months ago, Sony literally couldn't produce enough to meet demand?

There's the point that the "original" technically is the PS4 version, but that's splitting hairs given the title switch from "Game of the Year" to "Remastered".

As for the mods, uh...They've modded the PS4 version, guys.

Nah I think PS5 really cheaper than PC gaming, one PS5 you only can buy RTX 3070 Ti

Yeah I already try PS5 version but I think after try Days Gone in PC vs PS5. The grahics really far from PS5 version.
PC version graphics much upgrade and smooth than PS5. I don't want play in PS5 because the performance really garbage

This like me before, but I think no one see your platinum trophies because Sony community in PSN Profiles just little
Public can see your profile but when you compare with Steam profile this make PSN Profile being garbage

This I want all my collection games in Steam, I can custom my profile layout and showoff my complicated achievements.
And I think in PC I feel yeah freedom than console LOL

I bought it on PS4, then PS5, and now PC. Doesn't bother me at all to buy it 3 times. I love the game and can't wait to play it with PC features and almost certainly mods when they become available.
