Damn...I just uninstalled games to let Spiderman have enough 188GB space, btw this is the size for Steam deck, we might get bigger file size, just a bit

I thought it was 75 Gb?

There's a difference between download size and install size. The 75 Gb is the install size, download size will be smaller.
