game crash if i stop to fight demons or criminals side quests

most of the time when those side quests spawn, the game freeze a bit then its ok but if i stop to fight them it crashes and sometimes it just crashes randomly after i do them .
i know the game is cpu heavy and don't do well on a 4cores but still i didn't have this problem before they update the game and it happens on low or high :o
anyone is having this problem?!

but the i3-4160 in the minimum recommended specs is a 2cores and the i5-4670 in the recomended specs is a 4cores
