Graphic card problem here

I don't really understand I bought and downloaded the game but when I oppened it it kept saying that my graphic card is not powerfull enough but the recommended graphic card is a AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB and I have a AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT and everytime I lauched the game black glitches keep moving around my screen

Sir and or madam that driver version is not an AMD driver. I have no idea where you pulled that driver number from, but current amd driver versions range from 22.5.1 to 22.8.1 depending on Optional drivers or not

In my device manager I found that my graphic cards pilot version is 30.0.13023.4001 is that possible ?

I don't know if this could help but the warning I get says this: Your current graphics card driver does not match the minimum required to play this game. Please update your graphics driver on the manufacturer's website. Current graphics drivers: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, 21.30.23.04 but I can't do any new driver update

Try using drivers software such as DriverEasy and see if there's any update

I have the same issue. GPU is Radeon RX 5700 XT and Driver is 22.5.1. AMD software says that I'm up to date on drivers and software no matter how many times I check for updates.

Maybe I need the optional 22.8.1?

Go on Radeon official site and download last driver update you can have
