Thats how lighting works lol. Thats why the photomode has added lighting options.
The lighting difference with the camera pointed at the sky is eye adaptation being mimicked.
There should be a way to disable the sun?
The answer to that is to not look at Spiderman while the sun is also in view.
Ive almost checked every single options in the settings and closest option was the high contrast option in the "accessible" settings but it was confusing as hell so I skipped that one after many tries
