I believe he meant it won't be DLC on PC not that it won't be coming to PC

Me either. Like I posted in another subject I am wondering what is causing it. I am wondering if it's a CPU or GPU issue. It's weird that this is happening yet some users are not getting any issues.

Yeah, sorry for the ambiguity. I meant it won't be DLC on PC.

I think people are confused because there was an Ultimate Edition on Playstation that bundled the two games.
