gtx 1650 is not enough?

im getting a crash upon starting the game, i cant even get to the main menu
apparently the game says that my 1650 isnt enough or something, i have all the graphics at low and am running the game on windowed mode, i shrunk the window as much as possible and still getting the crash
did i just waste my money?
also my cpu is a core i5

Its enough, thats what I have and the game run great maxed out except medium textures quality, cant go above otherwise the game crash, try exclusive full screen mode. Do you have the latest nvidia drivers?

With that gpu you'd be pulling mid 20s even at 1080p if you maxed it out

I have the same Gpu you has. and yes you can play the game at 60 fps on 720 x 1080p

the game wont even get past the insomniac intro in exclusive fullscreen, oh and by the way i am running on a laptop so its possible i am affected by the nividia laptop gpu issue thing

it could be that because I completed the full game playing on my desktop computer having that GPU you have on 50/60 FPS at 1080*720
