BUILDING TEXTURES BLURRY FROM FAR

I'm not sure what is actually wrong with my game. I'm like the only one with this issue. I did a redownload no mods. I have a 3070ti I9-12700k. My textures for several buildings do not load. I'm on DLSS Balanced, and even when I switch to other settings it wont fix. Please if someone has an answer, comment below. Its actually aggravating that I have a high end pc and have ♥♥♥♥ looking textures

No bro the textures simply arent loading for several buildings. Its a rendering issue. Fisk building wont even load in fully until im close.

your not the only one having these issues. a lot of players are complaining up building textures not loading up unless they go right up next to it. i also have this issue as well.

Can confirm, same happens to me, its really weird, game can run completely fine one time, next launch it can be complete pile of trash with fps drops. Really odd.

same here ... but if I stop and stand still, looking at the building, in about 10 or 20 seconds the hi-res textures just pop-in ... weird ^^
