Porting from one gaming platform to another is much more difficult than building everything from scratch. Please, be patient. After all, PC-platform players have different components and for each it is necessary to adapt the game nuances.

nixxes cant do ♥♥♥♥♥. sent them dxdiag and mdmp files and they still didnt know how to resolve issue. nixxes also said turn off hyperthreading or any oc settings. WTH does that make sense? how about making the game so it is COMPATIBLE just like the other 100 games i have in my library. they expect you to go through the hoops just to play this game when others dont have any issue. nixxes is straight up trash programmers.

Haven't had a crash since release & it was related to my controller dying. Send the crash reports to them when it happens.

I was getting lots of crashes until I verified file integrity and it downloaded over 2GB of files. Seems to be working fine now.

The issue with Nvidia laptops still exists after the newest drivers.. Crappy, unstable FPS just at medium settings, 1080p, and RT off.

yeah im 77% done and can't load the game at all anymore my autosave manual save even the backup saves from my documents folder. I don't have any mods either the game just crashes back to desktop every time I try and start up a save.

So wierd the game ran fine today when I tried, I played for about 3 hours with no crashes. got to 82%

Same here as well. Game would crash if I alt-tabbed over to discord to reply to messages, so I stopped doing that, game was fine.

Unlock the Taskmaster's Challenge mode, constant crashes, game crashes when loading my autosaves, so have to load a manual save which does work, but I've got 5 achievements for completing different challenges at various levels, but if you load my manual I've only beaten two thanks to the constant crashing and losing of progress.

I'm gonna take a wild guess here and say you are running an Nvidia GPU, therefore it never crosses your mind that it is a driver issue and not a game issue. Nvidia is not infallible. They do release bad drivers for certain games quite often.

Also... What kind of storage do you have the game installed on? This game thrives on quick NVME drives, but not so much on HDD.

You do understand that it is quite common for new games to require an updated driver in order to perform optimally, right? It makes no difference if the rest of your games run flawless.

Nvidia hasn't released a driver update since the launch of the game. I would actually be pointing the finger at Nvidia in this case until proven otherwise. If someone is running the latest win11 version, that may also be the culprit... It's well known that one of the more recent windows versions absolutely tanks Nvidia GPUs.

Maybe it's just me being an AMD user... I'm accustomed to driver releases which are optimized for the newest games. It's not that existing drivers don't work properly, just that the newest ones are better and AMD does a good job of taking new releases into account these days, contrary to popular belief.
