After i did all the taskmaster challenges i was so worn out i basically just ran thru the story after that without ever touching another challenge. Lots of tedious faction/villain challenges. The bird chasing and screwball stuff was too much lol

With the exception of street crimes, you can see exactly what you need to do and where on the map, and then place a custom waypoint to get you there.

If you're just missing street crimes, all you have to do is go to that district and just swing around while constantly pressing R-stick to scan. If you're at 99% you can hit 100% in less time than it'd take to find, download and install a 100% save file

For 100% you just must complete every district to 100% and finish game. So no secret photos is required. Also challenges are enough to bronze.
