Botanical Victory Achievement

I think I 100%'ed the game, but can't figure out how to get this achievement. Am I missing something? My guess is that the achievement is supposed to unlock when you reach the end but have not finished all the in-level missions, but I reached the end with all of the in-level missions completed.

I also finished all levels with all objectives as far as I can tell and I also didn't get that achievement. The "Plans" story section lists 1-4, 1-5, and 1-6 so I thought maybe I missed something. I re-did 1-4 with all objectives but nothing changed and "Plans" still displays 1-4, 1-5, 1-6.

100% goal completion is for the engineered victory. The botanist wants you to leave some goals unaccomplished. Read their journal entries to get more hints.

Thank you! Looking back at it now, it makes total sense with the achievement names and icons and the hint given at the 3rd section. I just didn't make the connection.

If you already have 100% completion, you don't have to reset the entire game. You can just go back to the levels you want to change and just redo them without accomplishing all of the objectives. If you choose to submit the results, you'll "undo" those objectives.

Hmmm, either it didn't work for me or I am missing something. I redid 1-4, 1-5, 1-6 and left the task in question not done. Nothing happened though.
I also tried adding 1-3 - it can be interpreted as relevant one, I guess. Still nothing.

What am I missing?

Did you complete the rest of the stages and complete all of the other objectives? And did you choose to "execute the plan" afterwards?

Yes, I believe it was 1-3, 1-4, 1-5. and 1-6 that you have to adjust for the botanical victory. Specifically, you have to NOT accomplish any objective that requires you to kill dustbunnies.
