Dynames and my experience (recommendations and such.)
I think this MS is very solid, a GM Missile (pull) ability on the right hand (team support, denials, offensive or for kills and defensive) is a literal beast, one of the goated abilities. Although the missile detonation cannot be controlled, still it's so powerful and feels like Marasai drag but fair.

In terms of weapons, I feel like (not certain) GN Sniper has higher firerate than GM Sniper but lower than Gundam. It feels like playing Gundam but he can finally do insane damage at long range, recoil is very manageable but headshot ofc can't one shot units but leave them with very low health. Dual pistols are pretty good "self defense" guns and a finisher, I see a lot of people bring Dynames to frontline and pull out the pistols (it never works). It's better compared to Methuss's beam pistols, fast projectile (not sure if it's hit-scan or not).

Dynames has his little shield with a 300 health that functions like the rest, it looks useless but it's actually very practical in combat, prevents you from sniper threats and absorb some damage so noone can disrupt you. These things charges fairly fast cause of 300 HP but it's better to not let it break but it's not that big deal.

Dynames TRANS-AM is basically a power booster, You can charge the shots to 900 DMG but you can't critical hit which removes headshot and the charged shot can be stored before fire. Dynames can't change to his pistols while in this state so it leaves him with only GN Missile.
I feel like it's hard to get kills with this since people tend to avoid you while in TRAMS-AM,
it does good damage to the core though.

Overall I think he's a more useful and versatile version of GM Sniper but it's really up to someone if they want more headshot damage or flexibility and yes ofc you need good aim. What's y'all opinion?

I think he's pretty powerful (not OP) but to be completely honest he has kind of too much versatility. he's all range has a shield giving him an advantage in sniping scenarios since he can 2 shot most units can pull enemies around corners for an ez line up of his sniper or allies which will pair well with a marasai on the team who just shoots his whip at the missiles his ult is meh as it still requires 2 shots to kill the average unit but is great against tanks and such to burn through more of their health. he can spam gun switch to get faster regen on his boosts which is pretty useful and if it was just that he'd be fine. Really he just did not need to have the repair gun from GM sniper the rest of his kit makes him really good adding in the repair gun is just over the top. aside from 1 hit kill potential without the ult dynames is better then GM in just about every way and if dynames didnt have the repair gun it would make GM sniper a more viable alternative imo.

true, I think he could have the other cool OO abilities that is not repair gun

Dynames having a direct copy of GM sniper's repair gun is a bit odd. Why not do something with the GN Rifle bits for his last ability?

Dynames never had Rifle Bits, those were introduced with the next generation, Cherudim.

Honestly I can never remember which of those two is which; the changes seemed so minor compared to the upgrades the others got.

Regardless, why give him an exact copy of an existing ability? Even if they really want snipers to always have a revive ability, they could have made it something more active to match Dynames's slightly-closer-range style. Just spitballing here: how about a remote revive that's really slow, but can be sped up by dealing damage?
