Where to find Boars

I´m searching for 10+ hours now to find boars, the only location I found 2 boars is south-east of the starter village on the other side of the Waterfall lake, near the mountain. Since then I have been circleing the map along the roads and other animal activity i could find but no luck. I find deers and wolfs on masse but no baors. Pls Help

They spawn every here and there, not sure if there are fixed spawn points at all. Higher chance is around Padstow and further south. They are not as common as wolfs though, still need to search for them.

What starman says is correct. its quite random. Ive started my games over 3 times now and the spawns have always been different.

I have a theory that theres a certain amount of spawns allowed to be on the map at any time. Once those spawns are up, it prevents spawns in other places. Keep in mind that bandits also fight the wildlife which therefore also leads to respawns.

Clearing bandit camps also stops bandit patrols from spawning to a degree and opens up for more empty land that wildlife can spawn on but you get less farming oppertunity on bandits themselves.

Personally ive had luck finding them a bit south and east towards bradford and also over at padstow.

If you go further south than padstow towards blackridgepool then I dont see much wildlife at all around that place but theres also so so many bandit patrols so might need clearing of some camps for wildlife to properly spawn in.

Also bandits and animals fight each other. Not sure if that happens too when the player isn't looking, but when they fight, the corpse and the loot get's destroyed quite fast from the game engine to clear garbage.

at the lake just right south of the start town you have a little bridge south of the lake. around that bridge your find normally 4-6 boars.

I've had one save where I saw two boars and then nothing ever again.. So if they're not appearing like deer and wolves you might wanna make a new game :(

If not around that bridge the forest just south of it.

some yt videos say that killing all makes them respawn slower.
So i always let 1 live now

Its random. It was like this on one seed then I started a new game and nothing was there.

The more camps you clear out the more chances you will see wildlife in that area.

I would explore a bit and place 2 or 3 travel signs in places you see them to be able to get back there and hunt easier. Once you get to T2 and get the hunting lodge it becomes a lot easier and you no longer have to worry about doing it yourself. Wish I know how to post screen shots here.
