Q: I’m having trouble with cross-platform play! What platforms are supported?
A: Cross Platform online co-op is supported between Steam, the Epic Games Store, the Windows 10 Store, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S consoles, including the Xbox Game Pass version.

The PC, Nintendo, and Xbox versions do not support cross-platform play with PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 consoles. PS4 and PS5 can cross play with themselves only.

Q: I encountered a bug! Where do I send my bug log for troubleshooting?
A: Bug logs can be submitted through discord https://discord.gg/YMghkRg3j7 in the #buglogs channel.
Logs can be found in c:\users\%USERNAME%\appdata\LocalLow\CoinCrewGames\Escape Academy

Q: What languages are supported in Escape Academy?
A: Escape Academy is fully playable in English, Spanish, French, and German. Localizing Escape Academy is more than a translation - puzzles get reworked and translators have to double as puzzle designers. If you speak multiple languages, give other languages a try!

Q: Does the game support Steam Deck?
A: Escape Academy is Steam Deck verified however we know that there are issues with the opening company logos displaying incorrectly and the occasional launch issues. Please visit our discord https://discord.gg/YMghkRg3j7 and post in the #buglogs channel if you run into any problems.

Q: Is the DLC included with gamepass?
A: DLCs are not included in Xbox Game Pass but you can play them while accessing the base game through Game Pass by purchasing the DLC standalone or at a discount through the Season Pass.

Q: Are there more DLCs coming out?

Q: The game won't start?!
A: If you're stuck on this screen https://i.imgur.com/JdRPWqr.png which appears right after the Coin Crew / Made with Unity screen then make sure you give it a moment. 3-5 minutes MAX on a low end PC.

Will it Support Steam to Playstation in the future?

on the steam release use Z to remove the split screen. Just fyi for those that were like me and looking for this in the options. it is a live option that can be turned on and off while playing.

On the PC steam version you can get the beta and to enable or disable the split screen, a simple press of z is needed. This can be done on the fly. Just an FYI for anyone that was looking for this in the options.

If I want to play the DLC in co-op with a friend do we each have to purchase the DLC? or is it playable through online with just one purchase in one account?

Okay, I know the FAQ says that PS4 and 5 are separate from the other platforms but a newer article I saw said it works regardless of platform. Did an update change that aspect?
