EA is loosing the rights to FIFA correct. So it will be the last EA FIFA title.

Based on what I have researched, FIFA will continue on through a different developer in the near future while it is true FIFA 23 will be the last FIFA game that EA develops since they are moving on to their own game, EA Sports FC.
