Localized gizmo?

Hi. I have tried the tool, but I find kinda inconvenient that models seem to have only global gizmos to pose the body and the limbs. Am I missing something? Is there are way of using local gizmos on joints? Also, isn't there any form of using preset poses? I have lost much practice with 3D enviroments, and posing from scratch feels kinda weird to me. References would be helpful....

Can't move the light source

Hey. I'm having troubles moving the light source, i can move the source itself, but it does not affect the scene, light emits from the point it was. Is it a bug or am i doing something wrong?
