About the True Loser and Fine Art Connoisseur achievements...

Hello. I am just wondering how do I get these achievements. Despite finding every image in the gallery, I don't have the "Fine Art Connoisseur" achievement. That means there is some scene I haven't seen yet. Also, I earned all of the girls', worst, bad, status quo, and balkan endings. What am I missing? Also, I have no idea how to get the "True Loser" achievement. I have a few ideas as to how I can get that achievement, but I'm hoping someone can tell me so I can save time. One Image missing

Hello. While I did get the last two achievements I didn't have, the last thing I'm looking for is an image in the gallery. For the image that has all of the girls in a hot tub, it says "Image 3/3 is locked". I found every ending. Is there certain requirements to get this image? I don't have any idea of something I haven't tried yet....
