Thunder Reign or Ragnarok?

Hi everyone i just finished farming death personas with both thunder reign and amps and same with ragnarok and spell master.Which should i pick for Thanatos? i was thinking about spell master and thunder Reign because it can stun but maybe ragnarok is better?

I would go with Thunder Reign because it has the possibility of stunning which you can then use to get a critical attack off. But I think Ragnarok does look cooler, go with whatever you want.

Yeah i think i go Thunder reign that stun chance is too good.

Actually, in this game, Thunder Reign is guaranteed shock, so it's even better.

why do you even want it on thanatos? Imo Odin already has perfect skillset for electro skills. And thanatos has some garbage skills like ghastly wail without fear skill or boost XD

Thunder Reign is a guaranteed shock
Attacking a shocked enemy is a guaranteed critical strike
I would go for Thunder Reign

Yeah but Odin's design is kind of bad in my opinion and you don't need to be super optimised to beat the game Don't know about OP's reason though.

Thunder Reign's a guaranteed Shock but Odin himself as a Persona is vulnerable to instant kills. I think most people generally by the end pass thunder reign and elec boost/amp to a Persona like Michael.

Orpheus Telos was my main goal since he is Strong against everything and main pick for secret boss fights.

If you're just building for Elizabeth then it doesn't matter since she'll instantly recover from shock. If you're building for Margaret then I imagine Reign would be superior because one of your teammates can follow up for a crit. Of course I'm deliberately ignoring the option of running Telos along with another Persona built with the other skill in mind like Messiah.

i don't play this game but definitely i vote Thunder Reign, in P5R shock is much better than burn, so yeah Thunder Reign go brrrr

In P3 Thunder Reign is a 100% shock so if the enemy isn't immune to physical attacks you can get a guaranteed crit and knockdown, so generally it's better.

well after finishing both secret bosses i can say Reign is best pick since one of secret bosses can be stunned and bullied in second phase hehe.
