This was a good one! https://moomin.fandom.com/wiki/Muumit_ja_Taikurin_hattu
"Muumit ja Taikurin hattu is the third Moomin-game in the franchise, released 1997 for PC and Mac in Finland and the game is only available in Finnish. The graphics have greatly evolved since the two previous Moomin-games and is somewhat more complicated. Most (if not all) of the characters have a speaking roll in the game and --besides the Muskrat, the Mymble's Daughter, (that make their first and last appearance in any Moomin-game) Moominpappa and the Hobgoblin-- the characters have the familiar voice cast from the Moomin Anime."

Guess I need to find a ROM of it since I quite like games from Sunsoft.
E: Just tried it out and all in all it's pretty mediocre. The graphcics are nice and big but they probably meant that each section of a stage hade to be very short. There's also not much to it, you just jump on stuff and pick up fruit. It being a one hit kill platformer is also irritating. Pretty typical kids game from that era. As usual from Sunsoft the music is great at least.
Badly enought, I thonk ot was the best game, the serie received, so far.
There, also, that fan project on Dreams: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHMFU8NsWk0
But, it was far from been finished (althought exploring Moominvalley in 3D is really something).
Edit: There also the DS game, Moomin Tani no Okurimono, which was, sadly, only released in Japan.
