Are you aware there are more parts to a computer than RAM and GPU?
It was the best cooked game out there ive ever played, There are games out there that still don't run flawlessly, even after they've been officially released for a while. They dont need any optimisation for old hardware. What would be the point of this?
I had terrible crashes of stutters when Apex Legends launched, i tried everything (rollback etc)till one day i installed a fresh version which solved all my issues.
It could be a driver issue or high temperatures, check first every option until you proceed on heavier solutions.
