Will save you fellas some time.

Anti cheat is going to do what anti cheats do, standard punishments apply, warning, ban, hardware ban. Ban results in repurchase, but a hardware ban means you cannot access it via your computer anymore. Don't exploit, don't share your account and don't use external aim supports (Even though the system cannot detect your monitor doing it, which is how people do it.)

In short, they aren't doing much to combat cheating, just the standard practice that hasn't worked in pretty much any online shooter. You'll catch some, but not all of them.

Hardware bans actually don't happen too often in games these days. The games never actually enforce them. So I'm curious is they actually will here

On paper it does sounds more efficient. But there might be ways to get around it? I don't know. I just hope there won't be too many cheaters.

Anyway, I've heard Embark uses other methods to catch cheaters aside from the regular AC; which are not disclosed. I suppose it will be similar to The Finals.

I think it was on one of DEEF's videos that near the end a friendly player keep throwing guns on the ground for him...like a heap load of guns,so that was the first cheater i seen, hope they caught that guy at least lol.
To the devs, if you want to combat crosshair aim assistance (Monitor stuff.) Make ADS and hip fire DRASTICALLY different in recoil and overall spread. Otherwise, you'll just have people one tapping heads without aiming to do so. Loved twisted path to renown (Another extraction shooter.) but it suffered from this problem and people were tapping you in the head with revolvers before you could even pull your hammer back.

I heard The Finals has a lot of cheaters. It kinda sounds like they're taking ARC Raiders a bit more serious. If they use EAC it's not gonna go well

He had so many guns with him because the TT2 was about to end and there was no reason to keep them in the stash. I also had tons of guns.
With all the advancements in machine learning, especially in this game, I was hoping that would play a part against cheaters.
