ARC Raiders

ARC Raiders

Just looking at this first glance, not substainiable in its current form.
Its 2025. This seems like a game from the 2010s. Casual's make up the majority of the gaming population. There's no way you can create a game for the lesser population (Hardcore gamers/Sweat-bags) and expect to make a profit from it.

You're foolishly catering to a lesser audience WHILE asking for a initial price. This will go f2p before it fizzle out. Unless you make it more casual friendly. The finals can survive because KILLING wasnt the main objective of the game. Maybe create a similar aspect, where if someone did use grief tactics, they'd lose in some mechanic.

Whats stopping some sweat-bag sitting with a KFC bucket converted into a waste deposit from sitting at the exit the entire time? In the finals, that would mean he loses the entire match. Here im not so sure he'd face any consequences for it BUT correct me if im wrong.

For the record, i personally like the game in its current form, i am NOT a hard-core gamer by any means but theres plenty of past examples to show that these types of games never LAST in the long term.

These games never last because so far all the ones that have actually tried to do something in the genre were from tiny studios that should have never done online games in the first place. The genre itself is fine.

The game is casual friendly-ish for a while but I agree that once the top half gets really well geared, they're gonna have a bad time.
