PvE only players just don't get it.

I Love PvP Extraction shooters. I love the adrenaline I get knowing that I can lose everything and have to be extremely careful. I love out playing other people not AI's.

PvE only games like this just end up feeling boring. I get it it's not for everyone. Some people like their games to be nice and cozy and never feel like you're under threat. That's fine I don't bother trying to get those games to have PvP.

Thing is some people just won't like this type of game that's OK. I certainly don;t like every game out there.

If you want this game but PvE only play The Forever Winter. Not only is it PvE only becuase it's PvE only it's a way better PvE only game then this could ever be. The AI will ♥♥♥♥ you up if you're not careful in that game but like any AI you can eventually manipulate it.

You can't do that so easy with people. There is always a random threat and that's what makes PvP extraction so exciting.

It has not to this date been replicated with AI IMO. I don't know if it could be. People are pretty dangerous.

It isn't about money it's about an environment that always provides adrenaline even when there is nothing around.

I can understand the argument for pve only for some games, but for this game and its big emphasis on making noise or staying quiet all revolves around the threat of pvp. Even if you engage in pvp its a risk of more people heading to your position since it launches a flair in the air. The game is centered around risk vs reward and the risk is other raiders. Lastly, you get downed in the tutorial which is direct evidence that pvp and losing everything is part of the game. Pve only can make sense in some games but not in this game. They made the whole game revolve around PVP. I think people are still salty about the shift in direction but that went public years ago. Destiny 2 has great pve for those who havent experienced it same with warframe. I would highly recommend those games for those seeking the space age pve shooter looter experience.

You know whats also dangerous? hackers(See any pvp game on the market that is struggling with that issue). some people want a bit more of a relaxed experience that is tailored to pve instead of pvp. that on top of the fact that 95% of new releases are pvp only nowadays makes a growing desire for pve style games like Space Marine 2. and on what you said about The Forever Winter. That game is so far in early access its not even funny. its nowhere near a 1.0 experience and so it wont attract a ton of people. Even Tarkov finally put a PVE system in because people had asked for one since forever ago(See SPTarkov). More PVE games is not a bad thing and there will still be a large flow of pvp shooters for the rest of yall that want pvp only games.

There's plenty of other PVE extraction shooters, you're just not bothering to mention them because it would go against your point. And as opposed to PVP games, they don't need an active playerbase to be playable, which you're clearly too inept to realize, since more than half of the games you listed are dead, some weren't even alive in the first place. "games players can go play" and you list some that aren't even out yet. Like seriously, is your IQ in the range of that one word I can't say on steam? I'm genuinely asking.

Of the games you listed only 3, maybe 4 if we're counting dark and darker (though it isn't a shooter), are actually playable - a bunch of milsim slop and hunt. So unless you like milsim games (very tiny group of people) or are fine with there not being any looting mechanics (imo a very important part of the extraction genre), there's no games for the PVP crowd either.

I would probably find a lot more if I were looking for it or if we stretch the definition.
If it doesn't have to be a shooter there are even more.

Like your mentioned Dark and Darker has a PvE only ‘Adventure Mode’ now.

I am a PvE player and I get it.

This game would tank hard if it was a co-op PvE shooter.

This game going to be great and I say this as a PvE player.
