Kindness score for ARC Raiders

Dear developers,

So far I see 95% raiders instantly trying to take out other raiders on sight, instead of working together. I also see some live streams of people with advanced gear just trying to shoot as many raiders as they can. This is allowed ofcourse, but I think there should be some kind of consequence for those who just are on topside to kill other raiders.

• Is it possible to show like a kindness score or something above someone's head? Or when you scan them? So people who who just kill a lot of raiders for no reason get a bad score? And if you heal someone who is not in your squad your kindness improves? Perhaps even showing some sort of distress signal from 'kind' players to other 'kind' players to encourage them to cooperate against those 'bad' guys?
  
  
• Can there besome kind of reward for being kind to others?
  
  
• Can some 'kindness' rewards only come available after a long grind?
  
  
• Can some 'kindness' rewards only stay active if you remain kind to others?
  
  
• Perhaps in encounters, take into consideration who fires first. For example, if someone does hit you, you can return fire without losing 'kindness' points. Something like that?
  
  Unlocks could be:
  - 25% extra hitpoints as long as you remain 'kind', because usually the 'kind' players don't fire first in PvP. Which is helpfull against the bots and against those agressive raiders.
  - Special Skins, so other people can recognise you.
  - Special map called greenhouse, which needs a certain kindness score to unlock.
  - Greenhouse at your place.
  
  Reverse unlocks could be:
  - Kill streak adrenaline bonus. 100% additional adrenaline at kill streak unlock.
  - Special skins for true raider killers. So 'bad' players can stand out and 'nice' players are warned easily.
  - Special map called arena, which needs a very bad kindness score to unlock.

I guess 'kindness' might not be the best word for this idea, perhaps reputation would be a better word. If you have any better wording or ideas, please respond below.
