AI voices

I don't know how many people are discussing this and I haven't had it confirmed, but do the voices in the game also seem like AI to others? I know for a fact that Embark has used AI in The Finals, which i guess makes sense considering the nature of the commentators, but in a game like Arc Raiders it just hurts the game massively for me on top of the ethical issues it brings.

The use of generative AI takes the voice actors jobs and replaces them with robots, that is if it isn't trained on actual paid voice actors, but then why use AI in the first place when it sounds this bad.

I'm pretty sure they just trained the AI on the voice actors and used them in some cases to make it more dynamic. I don't mind that to be fair.
