There is a big market for co-op extraction shooters (just look at the popularity of PvE Tarkov).
I hope this game is decent (the playtest wasn't, it was a very generic game) but I can't help but feel that Arc Raiders would do better as a large online PvE extraction shooter.
Playtest was Dope!
If you're just looking for a generic extraction shooter with no soul then I guess we could say it was "Dope".
I prefer my games to have a little more effort put into their development.
You prefer to hang around the discussions of a game you didnt enjoy and tell everyone how much you didnt enjoy it lol
I thought it had loads of atmosphere and soul and the robots were super unique, but whatever if you dont like the game dont play it. Cant imagine it will be drastically different now
No, I hang around the discussions and talk about what I think would make the game enjoyable, having already tested it myself. Plenty of people have changed my mind on certains things but being able to have a proper discussion here is rare.
The issue is that people in this community create strawmen and attack you when they disagree with what you say, like you are now, instead of just disagreeing in a civil manner.
I would call Forever Winters Mechs, Cyborgs and drones more unique before I would call Arc Raiders robots unique. One of the large ones was literally just the Shank drone model from Destiny 1 and 2 lmao.
Extracts with loud audio and visual cues with very little cover to force a sense of jeopardy instead of anything imaginative.
As I've stated many times, these are all things we've seen for years, there was nothing truly unique about the experience.
The playtest was just the PUBG of the extraction shooter genre. Generic with no depth.
dont play it then, noone cares
Another great example of someone unable to be civil and mature.
People care, just not you.
Shall we also say that you need to stop posting because "no one cares" about what you have to say?
Or shall we drop the childish responses and have a proper, civil discussion?
