I'm stuck, need a ticket for the pelican place

So I just finished hobo alley and went to the pelican place, where do I get the ticket to get in? I have one coin from hobo alley but didn't do the meat quest. I haven't really been doing any sidequests really.

Go check around Hobo Alley, you'll stumble upon it sooner or later, just do the side quests, they're pretty funny.

Thanks for the tip, after the first time going through hobo alley and then getting the token, you have to goto pelican bay and buy the large gear then bring it to anna (ann?) then go back to hobo alley and find the guy with the urine (he's in a different spot).

ha i am right there with ya, doing the unrinology quest now, farming up comebat items as well, tip Hobos are weak vs Gun, so i upgraded that looks cooler to
