DEATH due to hunger and thirst. total loss

I'm just the 2nd day in the game and can't find any food or water.

i also didn't realize why i died.
except for the last time, the life bar went to zero within 2 minutes.

of course i restarted the game after losing all my equipment and what can i say, i died again in no time.
I don't have any more money for equipment.

there is no such thing as a game with a dead end after 2 days?
what is the solution?

there are yellow vending machines around each map plus you can buy in market plus when you dissamble crates a lot of time there is food and water in them. You will always be able to enter maps and they give you a unlimited free gun so this gamehas no dead end. and before you say something about pistol i need to tell you many players go into maps with just that and no armor. plus armor is a joke in this game anywys.
