Long Queues for PC - Or just me?

Hello,

I can't figure out why my solo queues are soooo long. I will literally have times 15 min, 20 min, sometimes it will never queue (I've hit 59 minutes before - I watch something as I waited out then it auto-kicked me off the queue at 1 hour). I will be on discord and hear others team up on the same map.

When I queue with a team mate - instant - 3 min.

Is there some setting I have checked wrong?

It doesn't matter what map, won't work as marauder either.

Just so you know
-I'm AM marking solo (not duo and solo queing).
-This is normal games (ranked isn't happening)
-FPP, I don't think TPP works for PC yet.
-I do have enough immunity
-This is PC.
-This is only me solo queue

Is there maybe a setting I have somewhere marked?

Just FYI on what I tried.
-I tried doing that "Fix Client" button.
-I uninstalled the entire game and reinstalled,

neither work.

I got a game after 30 min queue and here is what I think is the issue:
Solo Mobile can queue with solo PC and solo Mobile.
Solo PC can only queue with solo PC.

So it's a lack of players perhaps?

Your military rank dictates who you can naturally queue into initially and because most players are on the lower end of that they will be getting fast queues... into other players that are a low rank which will force you to wait until the game expands the restrictions to a point where you can queue into them.

This is increasingly more and more apparent the higher your military rank is and eventually your queues will just always take this long because there is nobody around your rank to be queued into and the game is more willing to place you against higher level players then it is lower level players.

The only real solution to this is to make an alt and avoid picking up any dogtags to keep your military rank as low as possible. This of course; cannot be undone once you're at a high military rank because the system despite heavily dictating who you can queue into will naturally force you higher and higher.

Basically; Military Rank sucks and the in-ablity to be placed into a full bot lobby makes it so any map outside of BAF is very hard to solo queue into if your military rank is too high.

It also doesn't help that this game splits the player base up quite massively between servers and devices.

I'm also having this problem I'm still level 20 but after the 07/06 update it was horrible to find a match, but I have a friend who is at the same level if he's ready he calls almost instantly and if he invites me to the group I also find it quickly, and I have another friend with the same problem as well.
I'm about to give up playing, never find a match
