Can't enter shelter?

I played once and the next day when it loads it wont let me enter the game after it launches. I can click enter shelter but nothing happens. I tried reinstalling, verifying files, and fixing the client. Nothing I have tried has helped and I dont see any information online. I have my anti virus disabled as well. Not sure what the problem is. Anyone have this issue?

Hello everyone! I found a simple solution for those who want to play the game! After starting your computer, before opening the game, completely close applications such as Nvidia GeForce, Discord, Razer (Headset), etc. from the bottom right of the windows or from the task manager. Then start the game! And the problem is solved. You can open your applications again after launching the game, if you want. Enjoy the game!
