The game typically does a wipe at the end of each season, just like how Tarkov does a wipe after a couple of months. Your entire character and shelter is reset and you start completely over, just like in Tarkov. This is how every looter / shooter game works. Your question about money, doesn't really make sense. I'm not for sure in which context you're speaking about. If you're talking about spending money on Premium, you still have your Premium because it's connected to your Steam account. You won't lose that. Also, if you bought outfits for your character, I'm pretty sure those will carry over as well.

Also, at the top of the main menu, there is an option that says, "Shelter Box". You're able to put either 4 or 6 (if you're premium B) items in there, that will be able to carry over to your character after wipe.

You do realise its an early access game still in the supposed testing phase right, much like when Tarkov wipes an introduces a new major update, this is most likely the same.

Wipes shouldn't affect cash shop since those are mostly cosmetic/premium subscription or battle pass - those are unaffected by the wipe. It usually tells you that, too, when you pay for something if I remember? I bought a skin and it informed me of that. Also, premium currency isn't wiped from your character if I understood it correctly. All this info is buried in the game, so you can read it yourself.

As for the wipe, I'm kind of excited for it. Because right now, I'm just running around trying to collect dog tags instead of doing missions and hunting mats.

YOU MUST never actually played infestation newz... newz still wipes.... their survival side... not the arcade version..... newbie...

destiny 1 and 2 .... sunset armor/guns.... making them useless... so collecting anything is pointless into the next season.... as the effectiveness is completely nullified.\

btw that isnt true... there will always be seasonal wipes... even once tehy are done updating the game.... the only thing they said was a perm change to come is when they fully open t he map... never did they claim it wasnt going to wipe anymore....
