The game looks like it will be fun. It is popping up in the new and trending, as if it is released, but there is no purchase option. Does this mean it is close to being released, or is it just an error?

After a few levels, flying penguins (flying?) will freeze one type of block that matches the color of the penguin. You have to take one of the frozen blocks and throw it at the penguin to get rid of it.

After a while they throw in an Alligator that will bite if you reach your hand toward it. You can grab it by the tail and throw it away or try to match 3 of them to wipe them out
