If you enjoy Mania and feel like its enough and don't want to buy origins then don't but Mania is basically the a sprite based version of Generations but this game is the whole original package.
Well what's the difference?
For example Mania includes the Chemical Plant zone from Sonic 2 but Origins includes Sonic 2 itself as a whole game like how Sonic Generations includes City Escape from Sonic Adventure 2 but Sonic Adventure 2 is a whole game.
TLDR - Mania was made as a "best of" the classic games while Origins is a collection of the classic games in their entirety, if you enjoyed Sonic Mania and want more sprite based Sonic games then Sonic Origins is that.
