Unable to unlock Hyper Abyss Foscari

Ive killed je-ne-viv and even unlocked her but hyper mode achievement still has not unlocked is this a bug

You need to kill the boss at the 25 min mark to unlock hyper mode

I don't think it works on endless if thats what you are using. I got it on my first run before I even unlocked any characters because I forgot about the coffin till after that.
