Coat of Arms

I have 379/380 collected, just missing Coat of Arms. I only have 1 outstanding Unlock (the one where you have to use Coat of Arms and the 4 other collection type weapons to give some characters new starting weapons)--is there some special condition for Coat of Arms appearing? I'm otherwise done

If you have Coat of Arms unlocked, then on character selection screen pick any character who can use it (such as Grant or any of the three Morris) and click to change their skin, which will change from their default weapon to the Coat of Arms, then start the game.
Coat of Arms and the others are very rare to appear during normal level-ups so don't count on that.
