Megalo Dracula observation

Ive noticed an unexpected suprise with Megalo Dracula. His second loadout is r1 Dominus Agony, which buffs stats and does no damage to enemies. But, you get a suprise r1 Dominus Anger and Hatred as well, making it -very- easy to build up Power of Sire.

That's the second instance of a character starting with more than one weapon, I believe (not counting invisible weapons). At least I'm pretty sure we haven't had any other instances since Pugnala.

Third actually. Soleil Belmont begins with 3 whips.
Soleil Belmont is one of the secret playable characters in the Ode to Castlevania DLC in Vampire Survivors. He has three starting weapons: Jet Black Whip, Vibhuti Whip, and Vanitas Whip.

There's Innocent Devil variants has two that starts with more than one starting weapon:
- Wood Rod starts with Magic Wand, Fire Wand, and Lightning Ring
- Pumpkin starts with Curved Knife and Troll Bomb

do note for characters that starts with multiple starting weapons getting the Beginning Arcana also gives +3 Amount to these weapons, which I think it should also affect any character that allows starting with the Alucart Sworb through Candybox, then having all 6 evolved weapons to be crammed into the Alucard Shield

Dont forget that Alucard shielded weapons loses access to limitbreak.
