its a stacked meme joke. A good boy is a reference to both a dog and being on good behaviour. Go to the place as a dog and figure out the behaviour bit.

On Il Molise, use Celestial Dusting to attack the plants, healing them instead. Upon restoring 100,000 health points to the plants, it plays a jingle that signals you have unlocked the character.

Using O'Sole will make this trivial, as it does not take damage from the plants.
