How do you trigger the Four Season speed up burst?
or it just happens randomly?

the burst is the characters ability i would say,
at least for me it always seems to happen at the same time.
you mean the colorful screen wide explosion right?

if you mean the little puffs, then they just go around in order.

That's character specific and happens after killing a certain number of enemies.
