I think I've only ever seen victory sword once since it came out....This process of restarting is gonna be about as fun as soft-resetting pokemon games lmao.
Alternatively, get Heart of Fire and Waltz of Pearls and aquire Hellfire, that murders everything. Also, max out curse to be on the save side.
Gonna be completely honest, I'm amazed endless mode counts. Thanks for the tip. I just assumed it didn't.
Yeah but Summon Night's damage is abysmal. May as well just do knockback. Every other weapon I take outperforms it by over 200%. It's ridiculously bad.
Thankfully I managed it just now without going to the library. But yeah, I never thought about it. The monsters at library are a fair bit weaker aren't they? Good to keep in mind for future updates!
Compare that to Mad Forest who spawns tough enemies quite early on which kills your XP gain. There your goal is to reach minute 11 and then vacuum up as meny skellies as possible.
I did the usual going ham with Wicked Season & maxed Torrona's Box, forgot if it was Capella or Library.
As for maps for kill quantity, I think Dairy Plant and Gallo Tower are the best for quantity, but both are tougher than Capella imo. If you can get strong enough for the 14min wave in Capella, it's usually a free win. Only the wave from 5-6min in Capella is bad, but the big thing is the floor items are good and easy to reach and you can evolve before 10min.
Mad Forest is absolutely the worst map possible to do such things on.
I just realized Endless Il Molise is a thing which exists. :3
Probably the big thing for kill quantity is avoiding Garlic. Reducing enemy knockback resistance makes some high Curse waves unkillable. They just get knocked away so far they despawn and are replaced by new ones with full HP, who get knocked away again...
Garlic is unironically too powerful. It also tends to delay your Arcana chests because the bosses who drop them have as much knockback resistance as a basketball.
Crimson Shroud, for example, has crazy knockback. Thunder Loop has a shocking (ha ha) amount too.
So it creates funny situations where you can kill Red Death in like 20 seconds flat... but you can't kill a single normal mob for an entire minute long wave.
When in doubt, just sit in the middle of a Limit Break La Borra or Santa Water. Limit Break Santa Water is honestly the most insane farm weapon.
