how to unlock "complete the collection"?

I have finished the collection (144/144) but still cannot unlock the last one.....

The game broken/bugged out somehow.
The reason I know this is because you got the victory sword unlocked in the collection and you can only unlock that by playing Queen Sigma.

So use the spell/code allatonce

I'm the same 144/144 all secerts and bestiary done. I noticed that the achievement that unlock the forbidden scrolls of morbane is bugged in my saves and in the bone zone stage the ? remains where is located the skeleton ball that I've alredy killed :(

Okay and that's weird. Somehow I just unlocked it by playing the tree. After I finished the game (30 minutes), it popped out the unlocked icon

It's possible that there been a patch that fixed the bug that was preventing the achievement unlocking.

I don't know what causes this problem but I heard the DLC is causing issues, it adds new achievements and that amount is the new 100%. Maybe it's because you don't have the DLC and the game doesn't count as beaten 100% now?

I've seen a few threads on this and was able to confirm with someone in another thread that at least if you're running Linux, there's a workaround you can use. In Steam, open the game's Properties and force it to use Proton in the Compatibility tab. (You may also need to enable Steam Play for all games in Steam's main settings. It's also possible you may need to switch to the stable version if you're using the public-beta version.) Then, once it downloads the Windows files, you can start up the game, enter and exit a map, and you should get the achievement and stuff just fine.

As for the rumors for the DLC, I've heard the opposite: That people have been able to unlock Queen Sigma using some DLC achievements in place of some of the base game ones. I have no way to confirm one way or another, though. But it at least seems likely that the DLC increasing the achievement count isn't the cause since this workaround has been confirmed working for at least two Linux users so far.

I'm unable to complete the Collection 1.0. Missing only the Greatest Jubilee. I cannot get it since I cannot complete Collection 1.0.

I have Queen Sigma unlocked, yet I don't have the Collection 1.0 completed which would award Sigma?

I have the same issue, except my collection is 145 of 146. I am missing only Greatest Jubilee.

I cannot get it since unlocking the level where you get it requires completion of Collection 1.0.

Did you used the spellbook for unlocking? I'm assuming you have gracias mirror and the seventh trumpet relics?
The level should appear at the top of the stage list.

Completing the collection doesn't unlock Eudaimonia Machine, it unlocks Queen Sigma. Eudaimonia Machine is unlocked by collecting stage relics.
