Cross purchase between mobile and PC versions
I have the game on my phone and PC. I have a Poncle account registered. I am logged in on both devices. If I buy a DLC on the PC version and save my progress to the cloud, will I be able to download that DLC on the phone version? Will the data of the completed purchase be transferred to the Poncle account? I wouldn't like to buy the same DLC twice.

There is no way to use bought DLC for both platforms, if you bought the DLC on Steam, you would have to buy it again for Mobile. From what I read, it would not be possible to have you get license to use the DLC for different platforms like this by just buying it on one platform.

Progress you make on both platforms is synced with the cloud, in the scenario above you would just be unable to use any of the DLC content, only base game, on mobile.

This is quite illogical, since I have only one account for both platforms, which means that purchase data should be saved to thet account and transferred to other platforms. Well, that means I'll buy the DLC for the PC version and still check it out just in case. But if I still have to buy the DLC twice, well, let the developers not be surprised that their games are pirated.
The mobile version is horrible... it doesn't even work.

It's probably your phone then. I play more on my phone than on PC. It plays great.

Sadly mobile and PC usually can't share the same purchase. This is because Valve (Steam) wants their cut and Apple or Google want theirs. I've seen some exceptions, but they are VERY rare.

The problem is that when you buy the DLC on most platforms you buy a license on that platform to use said DLC- any account can be linked to your steam copy of the game (And it would be pretty silly if merely connecting to the game would immediately give you full access to the dlc regardless of platform just like that).

If I'm not mistaken the DLC model was also already there before accounts for cloud saves was a thing.

Much as I would agree that it'd be nice if cross-platform licences were a more common thing in today's industry though, but at least in this game's case the game and it's DLC are pretty cheap.

Cross-platform DLC functionality is supported for transferring save data between platforms where the player owns the correct expansions, but it doesn't allow for cross-buy of expansions across platforms.

For instance, if you own a DLC on one platform, you can transfer your save data to another platform, but you won't have access to that DLC unless you purchase it on the new platform as well.

For cross save, the devs has implemented cross-save functionality, allowing players to transfer their save files between different platforms such as PC, Android, and iOS.

Create an account for cross-save, click the cloud icon on the game's main screen, register or log in with your email and password, and then manage the data to be saved or loaded from the cloud location. it's easy.

I've got the S24 Ultra...

There are many other reviews in the Play Store with the same problems.

Click or tap the Cloud icon on the main screen. It's blue and in the top-left corner. You'll need to save your progress in that menu every time you want to switch platforms.

I've just attempted to download it again, to test... now it says thay it's in "Developer Mode" and that it can "... only be accessed by the developement team". 😑

Edit:

Nevermind, it seems to successfully download now... 🤷🏼‍♀️
