How to unlock Phieraggi?

I've been through multiple runs with Pugnala and getting the tiragisu but have yet to get the evolution. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've gotten all other unlocks but this is the only one I'm stuck on

Pugnala - 6 weapons (maybe I can limit to 2?)
Stage 2 Library, Hyper, Arcanas, Limit Break

Use your rerolls, skips and banishes to prioritize your two guns.

Limiting your weapons to two (2) might be helpful as all your level up opti9ns will then be just for passives amd the two guns since you won't be offered any new weapons until the guns unites and evolves freeing up one of your two limited slots.

The one special thing about them I can think of is that the passive item is the only one you can you lose while playing the game.

Needless to say: If you're dying while trying to do this, you need to stop doing that.

I just did a run with 2 weapons max, maxed the weapons and passives, didn't die, on stage 2 hyper at 15 minutes and still no evolution.

Check to see that you haven't "sealed" Phieraggi by accident in the collections menu.

smh, that might be it. thanks for pointing that out. why can you seal something you haven't unlocked..

Oh wait...

You haven't unlocked it yet?

Why not try unlocking it in Dairy Plant instead of at Inlaid Library so you don't have to wait after ten minutes before an evolution chest drops for you.
